실천리더십

  여러 학문 분야를 다루는 실천중심의 리더십 수업을 소개하는 리더십 입문 과목이다. 수업과정은 이론 중심 수업이 아닌 리더십의 실질적 적용에 대하여 중점을 둔다. 발표, 그룹 활동, 실무적 문제해결 등의 실천적인 방법을 통하여 리더십을 익히며, 단순한 지식 전달이 아닌 자신의 것으로 만들 수 있도록 강조하는 실습시간을 갖는다.

  An interdisciplinary course designed to introduce the student to activity-based leadership such as tasks, strategies, and skills of effective leadership. Course activities will move the student from theory to the practical processes of leadership. Students will be exposed to the nature of leadership through presentation of objective material, through group activities and exercises.

균형교양

  여러 학문과 유교의 시각을 접목하여 현대 사회의 문제를 바라보고 해결방안을 모색하는 교양 필수 정규 교과이다. <유교자본주의>, <한국사상과문화의이해> 등이 개설돼 있다.
